This week marks the 1 year anniversary of the tragic bombings of the Boston Marathon, and the events that followed, in which 4 lives were lost and more than 250 people were injured, many permanently. The terror that seized the city and surrounding communities was unmeasurable, but so was the overwhelming response in bringing the perpetrators to justice and beginning the long process of healing. Much of the subject matter and lyrics in our new single (unofficially titled "We've Got A Movement") were inspired by these events, as well as other recent incidents of terror and the courageous acts of defiance against it through any means possible (i.e. technology). Today, and for the rest of the month, we are featuring this single here on Bandcamp and ask those that listen to it and like it to download it for a donation of any amount that they see fit. All proceeds collected from today until the end of the month will be given directly to The One Fund. We do know there are likely a lot of artists doing this sort of thing as well, and want to thank them for their inspiration and continued service in the community.
